Frustration breeds innovation. As practicing physicians, we created ReferWell because, quite simply, we were fed up with seeing treated patients return to the Emergency Room. Due to a manual and inefficient referral process, each year nearly 24 million Americans are instructed to schedule follow-up appointments, but fail to do so, leading to poor outcomes and loss of profitability. So we’ve decided to do something about it.
ReferWell fixes a fundamental flaw in the delivery of healthcare. We are an innovative, award-winning health-tech company that is tackling some of America's most pressing healthcare problems.
Our systematic process helps healthcare networks increase referral capture, enhance coordination of care, and improve profitability. ReferWell is tailored to meet the needs of hospitals, health systems, IPAs, ACOs, PCMHs and many more.
